Ayvri approached Toptal for help in designing a 3D virtual world map platform. These maps are mainly used to play or preview racing and outdoor sports.
The main hurdle for them was getting our web design and UX to match the quality of their 3D player. Eventually, the player and brand also received a redesign on par with the delivered design.
One of the most challenging tasks of the project was to fully explain to potential clients of the multiple services that Ayvri could offer. That Ayvri could handle the needs of a wide variety of customers while being at the same time a video map consumer platform with social features.

It was clear that ayvri needed a rebrand from the beginning. We decided to work in parallel with the UX efforts during the first months. Some of the best ideas came from the concept of a bird watching from the distance the area.

The “youtube” of 3D visualization

Quite an ambitious statement to follow. The idea was simple, the platform needed pretty much the same social capabilities as youtube had. We ran several workshops to prioritize which features should be included in the MVP.
